I bought a Floor ticket. Does that give me access to the pit?
-
Access to the pit varies on a show by show basis. For GA standing shows where the Floor is all one price level, access to the pit is limited in number. Wristbands will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis. Once all wristbands are distributed no more will be allocated for that show.

Do you have ADA parking?

Yes. The public parking lots that serve the Fox Theater Pomona have ADA accessible parking stalls. The closest lots are on Third Street, just one block east and west of the theater. Visit our Parking page to view the parking map.

What are your office hours?

You can contact us by phone Monday through Friday from 12:00pm to 6:00pm at (909) 784-3677. All other times, please email us and a representative will respond by the next business day at info@foxpomona.com.

When do doors open for a show?

Doors typically open one (1) hour prior to show time. Please visit our Calendar page for specific show times.

Do you allow re-entry?

No. Once your ticket has been scanned you will not be allowed to leave and re-enter the venue.

Are you an all-ages venue?
-
Most shows at the Fox are all-ages unless otherwise noted on the show page of our calendar. Guests 14 and younger should be accompanied by a responsible adult. Children 2 and younger that lap sit do not require a separate ticket.

Do you serve food and alcohol?

Food is available at our in-house restaurant the Green Room. Food is not allowed in the theater.
We have numerous full service bars located throughout the theater. You must be 21 and older to drink and you will be asked to show a photo ID.

What are the set times?

Can I bring a camera to the show?
-
No. No handheld cameras or professional recording devices allowed. Only cellphone cameras. No flash.

Do you have a lost and found?
-
If you lost something at one of our shows, please contact the Green Room or visit in person during regular business hours. Items must be picked up in person. Items will be held for one (1) week after an event. Unclaimed items become the property of the venue and are donated to a local charity.

Can I bring my prescription medication inside the theater?

Yes. Medication bottles must have your full legal name and prescription date. You must also provide legal photo ID.

Tickets

Can I pick up my Will Call tickets before the day of the show?
-
No. Will Call tickets can only be picked up on the day of the show. Will Call will be open (1) hour before the scheduled door time. The Will Call location will be at the entrance of the Fox Theater Pomona.

Can I have someone else pick up my Will Call tickets?
-
To release your tickets to someone else, that person will need to bring a copy of the credit card used to purchase the tickets, a copy of the Driver’s License of the original purchasers, and a signed written statement from the original purchaser stating the name of the person they are releasing the tickets to. The person picking up the tickets will need to show a photo ID that matches the name in the statement.

What happens if the show is canceled or postponed?

All refunds are available at your point of purchase. If you purchased your tickets through Ticketmaster, please call. If you purchased your tickets at the Glass House Record Store, you can obtain a refund there.

Do you sell tickets at the door?

If the show is not sold out, we will sell tickets the night of the show when doors open. It is cash only.

Does your theater have seats?
-
Yes, Seats are located in the Balcony.Seats may be assigned or general admission with a balcony ticket, depending on the type of show.
- Orchestra/Pit: Located on the main floor. This area is general admission standing room or seated depending on the type of show. NOTE: For GA standing shows, a pit wristband must be accompanied with a floor ticket. Wristbands are given out by security when doors open on a first come first serve basis.
- Balcony Level 2: Located directly behind Balcony Level 1, these seats are set “stadium-style”. This area is assigned or general admission with a balcony ticket, depending on the type of show.

What are the different seating & viewing areas?

Orchestra/Pit: Located on the main floor. This area is general admission standing room only.
Terraces: Located directly behind Orchestra, these are four tiered platforms set at multiple elevations. This area is general admission standing room only.
Balcony Level 1: Located upstairs, these seats are also referred to as “VIP” or “Captain Chairs”. This area is assigned seating.
Balcony Level 2: Located directly behind Balcony Level 1, these seats are set “stadium-style”. This area is assigned seating.

Do you have ADA seating?

Yes. Accessible seating, wheelchair seating, and companion seating are available. Upon entering the venue the day of the show, please see a Fox Theater Pomona Representative and they will gladly escort you to the ADA section. We also suggest emailing info@foxpomona.com prior to the show so we can expect and better assist you.

I forgot to print my tickets; can you scan them from my Smartphone?
-
If you purchased your tickets through Ticketmaster, we cannot scan your tickets at the door; please make sure to print your tickets before arriving at the venue. If you purchased your tickets through AXS, we will be able to scan an e-ticket from your smartphone. Please have your e-ticket pulled up on your smartphone prior to entering the venue.
